LOGISEYE COOKIE POLICY

LogisEye and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “LogisEye”, “us” or “we”) understand that your privacy is important to you and are committed to being transparent about the technologies it uses.

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect and use data as part of our Services as defined in our Privacy Policy (“Services”) and which includes our sites, communications, mobile applications and off-site Services, such as our ad services and the “Apply with LogisEye” and “Share with LogisEye” plugins or tags.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Cookie Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Cookie Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

This Cookie Policy explains how and why cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs, and other similar technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies”) may be stored on and accessed from your device when you use or visit any website or app that posts a link to this Policy (collectively, “the Sites”). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of use, as applicable.

By continuing to visit or use our Services, you are agreeing to the use of cookies and similar technologies for the purposes described in this policy.

What are Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that can be stored on and accessed from your device when you visit one of our Sites. The other tracking technologies work similarly to cookies and place small data files on your devices or monitor your website activity to enable us to collect information about how you use our Sites and to help analyse the web traffic. This allows our Sites to recognize your device from those of other users of the Sites. The information provided below about cookies also applies to other tracking technologies.

How do our Sites use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

LogisEye uses Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies to identify you and your interests, to remember your preferences, and to track your use of our Sites. We also use Cookies and other tracking technologies to control access to certain content on our Sites, protect the Sites, and to process any requests that you make to us including but not limited for statistical and advertising purposes.

First and Third-Party Cookies

“First-party Cookies” are cookies that belong to LogisEye and that LogisEye places on your device. “Third-party Cookies” are cookies that another party places on your device through our Site. LogisEye may contract with third- party service providers to send e-mails to users who have provided us with their contact information. To help measure and improve the effectiveness of our e-mail communications, and/or to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked on, the third-party service providers may place Cookies on the devices of these users.

Types of cookies

Persistent Cookies: We use persistent Cookies to improve your experience of using the Sites. This includes recording your acceptance of our Cookie Policy to remove the cookie message which first appears when you use the Sites. A persistent cookie may help us recognize you as an existing user, so it’s easier to return to LogisEye or interact with our Services without signing in again. A persistent cookie stays in your browser and will be read by LogisEye when you return to one of our sites or a partner site that uses our Services (for example, sites that use our sharing or job application buttons).

Session Cookies: Session Cookies are temporary and deleted from your machine when your web browser closes. We use session Cookies to help us track internet usage as described above. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse Cookies, our system will issue Cookies when you direct your browser to our Sites.

Pixels: A pixel is a tiny image that may be found within web pages and emails, requiring a call (which provides device and visit information) to our servers in order for the pixel to be rendered in those web pages and emails. We use pixels to learn more about your interactions with email content or web content, such as whether you interacted with ads or posts. Pixels can also enable us and third parties to place cookies on your browser.

The data collected by the Sites and/or through Cookies that may be placed on your computer/device will not be kept for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.

Our Cookies are used for the following purposes:

Purpose Description
Authentication

We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our Services.

If you’re signed into LogisEye, these technologies help us show you the right information and personalize your experience in line with your settings. For example, cookies enable LogisEye to identify you and verify your account.

Security

We use cookies and similar technologies to make your interactions with our Services faster and more secure.

For example, we use cookies to enable and support our security features, keep your account safe and to help us detect malicious activity and violations of our User Agreement.

Preferences,

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable the functionality of our

features and services

Services, such as helping you to fill out forms on our Services more easily and providing you with features, insights and customized content in conjunction with our plugins. We also use these technologies to remember information about your browser and your preferences.

For example, cookies can tell us which language you prefer and what your communications preferences are. We may also use local storage to speed up site functionality.

Customized content

We use cookies and similar technologies to customize your experience on our Services.

For example, we may use cookies to remember previous searches so that when you return to our services, we can offer additional information that relates to your previous search.

Plugins on and off LogisEye

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable LogisEye plugins both on and off the LogisEye sites.

For example, our plugins, including the “Apply with LogisEye” button or the “Share” button may be found on LogisEye or third-party sites, such as the sites of our customers and partners. Our plugins use cookies and other technologies to provide analytics and recognize you on LogisEye and third- party sites. If you interact with a plugin (for instance, by clicking “Apply”), the plugin will use cookies to identify you and initiate your request to apply.

You can learn more about plugins in our Privacy Policy

Advertising

Cookies and similar technologies help us show relevant advertising to you more effectively, both on and off our Services and to measure the performance of such ads. We use these technologies to learn whether content has been shown to you or whether someone who was presented with an ad later came back and took an action (e.g., downloaded a white paper or made a purchase) on another site. Similarly, our partners or service providers may use these technologies to determine whether we’ve shown an ad or a post and how it performed or provide us with information about how you interact with ads.

We may also work with our customers and partners to show you an ad on or off LogisEye, such as after you’ve visited a customer’s or partner’s site or application. These technologies help us to provide aggregated information to our customers and partners.

For further information regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for advertising purposes, please see our Privacy Policy.

Performance, analytics and research

Cookies and similar technologies help us learn more about how well our Services and plugins perform in different locations.

We or our service providers use these technologies to understand, improve, and research products, features and services, including as you navigate through our sites or when you access LogisEye from other sites, applications or devices. We, or our service providers, use these technologies to determine and measure the performance of ads or posts on and of LogisEye and to learn whether you have interacted with our websites, content or emails and provide analytics based on those interactions.

We also use these technologies to provide aggregated information to our customers and partners as part of our Services.

If you are a LogisEye member but logged out of your account on a browser, LogisEye may still continue to log your interaction with our services on that browser for up to 30 days in order to generate usage analytics for our Services. We may share these analytics in aggregate form with our customers.

What third parties use these technologies in connection with our Services?

Third parties such as our customers, partners and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with our Services.

For example, third parties may use cookies, pixels and other technologies in their LogisEye pages, job posts and their advertisements on and off LogisEye for their own marketing purposes.

Third parties may also use cookies and similar technologies in connection with our off-site Services, such as LogisEye ad services, plugins or tags. We may also work with third parties to help us provide our Services and for our own marketing purposes.

How do we use Other Tracking Technologies in our communications?

LogisEye may collect information about whether you open or click any links in the knowledge, research or event communications that we send to you through web beacons.

What is a web beacon? How do I refuse or withdraw my consent to the use of Web Beacons?

A web beacon is a graphic image, which is placed on a website or in an email that alone or in conjunction with cookies compile information about your usage of or your interaction with a LogisEye website or email.

You may avoid web beacons by configuring your email reader program to disable the functionality that enables remote images to load and by refraining from clicking on any links in email messages.

How do I refuse or withdraw my consent to the use of Cookies?

If you do not want Cookies to be dropped on your device, you can adjust the setting of your Internet browser to reject the setting of all or some Cookies and to alert you when a Cookie is placed on your device. Please note that if you use your browser settings to block all Cookies (including strictly necessary Cookies) you may not be able to access or use all or parts or functionalities of our Sites.

If you want to remove previously stored Cookies, you can manually delete the Cookies at any time. However, this will not prevent the Sites from placing further Cookies on your device unless and until you adjust your Internet browser setting as described above. Declining the Cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
